Spring Clean Your Business from the Inside Out

Have you been feeling really stuck in your business lately? Have you lost your momentum and can’t seem to move forward? Do you feel like you’re just treading water or spinning your wheels?

Maybe it’s time to do a little spring cleaning! But the spring cleaning I’m talking about isn’t cleaning out your office, creating a new marketing strategy or launching a new product or service.

Is Your Heart Tugging at You?

What I’m suggesting is that there’s something much bigger afoot here. Perhaps your heart is nudging you towards what really matters, and it’s not the practical day-to-day “outer” business strategies and activities.

So what’s up?

If you’re feeling stuck, sluggish or uninspired I’m guessing the reason is not on the OUTSIDE, but rather on the INSIDE. Perhaps what you really need is to spring clean your business from the inside out!

Most likely, what’s happening is your heart is telling you it’s time to step up in a whole new way. Because when your heart decides it’s time to show up in new and bolder ways, it’s inviting you to make choices that are from that deeper, soul-driven part of yourself. That bolder, bigger part of yourself is going to PULL you until you wake up to what it’s trying to reveal to you.

If you ignore this pull, you’ll eventually just get a bigger pull! Sometime it shows up as a crisis and begs you to transform! Ouch! But your heart knows what really matters. Your soul knows what you came here to do. And everything that happens is going to set things up for you to get the message – including business frustrations and failures.

Ask the Deeper Questions

So what do you think? Are your heart and soul nudging you to do some spring cleaning from the inside out? Try asking yourself the following questions, or other questions you create yourself. Keep asking them until you start to get some answers about why things are not progressing as you hoped.

• Am I hiding and staying invisible because I don’t think I have something important to contribute?
• Am I playing it safe rather than going for my dreams – which might be a bit scary?
• Am I doing the bigger, bolder passionate stuff that really matters to me?
• Am I digging deep and unblocking energy and gremlins that keep me stuck in playing small?
• Am I allowing my “head voices” and cultural conditioning to hold me back instead of listening to my intuitive “heart passions”?

 As you go through this process, just let go and listen. Surrender to what’s trying to express through you. See what’s really going on inside that’s getting in the way. Challenge yourself to find the deeper answers.
